person who received us, Miss Adela, was very kind; she confirmed that as we had requested we had three rooms on the same floor and with single beds, two were still not available, we did not worry that she left everything written down, we left our bags and went. we returned in the late afternoon everything had changed, one of the rooms was no longer on the same floor, there were no two beds but a double bed... the lady was no longer the sympathetic morning, was a rather impertinent, we came to say that total as it was for one night was not worth complaining. room that they gave us "the change" was noisy, too hot and bed uncomfortable (my two friends who spent the night there slept badly). next day again a kind Miss Adela did not know how to apologize, assuring us that she had checked in according to our requests and then we had been changed, I did not know the reason, one of the rooms. She apologized, advised us where to eat, where to walk... Adela, best of the hotel

The rooms were tidy and new-fashioned, and the bathroom was good with a bathtub. The hotel had an INCREDIBLE location a couple of blocks away from a sprawling museum. The property was next to eateries and bars.

NOTE: I am not Carmina, I am her husband Jose Garriga. Despite the 147 Euro/night breakfast was NOT INCLUDED. In fact, I went by mistake. I'm not a potentate. Nor did I think of eating in a crazy priced hotel. Comfort and design OK room for a 3* hotel, but nothing to do with the price paid. The area is the best for my way of visiting Madrid
Just one elevator! An area of great tourist interest, Infanta Isabel district is still too shabby. See photo. Minimum details would be missing when trying to be in such a tourist area: small exhibitors with tourist promotion brochures, recommended activities, places of interest, that is. typical in any hotel reception in the world, ABUSIVE PRICE that would correspond to a 5 stars in high season. I wonder if there is some mistake in my personal bill #4115068118 of 26-11-2018. Please check. My family takes me for a fool.

The hotel is right across from Atocha station. The room I got was cozy and very clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. Breakfast stood out-fresh gourmet options that were beautifully presented. I particularly loved the eggs served in individual pots, and the selection of tapas was a good surprise. Room size was an issue. It felt cramped, especially with luggage. The check-in process had a hiccup with some confusion about room availability. While the staff were helpful, a bit more warmth would enhance the experience further. A solid choice for its location but could benefit from room size and staff engagement.

The sensitivity of the staff. We checked out and left the bags in the custody of the hotel, to pick them up around 6 pm. But at 12 noon my wife was not in good health; we went back to the hotel and asked for a day-use room so that my wife could rest; they checked in normally and informed me of the price to be paid for the day-use. When I left the room around 7 p.m., I went to check out and paid the additional amount. To my surprise they informed me that they would not charge for the day use in recognition of the situation. I found this to be very sensitive and empathetic on the part of the hotel. The receptionist Paula is a jewel for the NH chain; very attentive, friendly and concerned. She'll be back some other time, by the way. Finally, the breakfast is spectacular, it's worth it. Congratulations to the hotel team and especially to Paula. Thank you, Luiz Segala.

Had a wonderful stay with nice little touches like chocolates on arrival and a fully stocked mini bar. The hotel's showers were a dream, offering both fancy rain and handheld options to relax after a day of exploring. The room was a bit on the small side, which made maneuvering big luggage tricky, but that didn't take away from the experience at all! 😊

A super breakfast buffet really wow, you eat more than you should. A nice start to the holiday day. Opposite is an e-bike rental station, be sure to try it out and practice in the nearby park.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Superior Double Room. While the room was clean and well-maintained, it was quite small was great. The staff was accommodating, moving me to a larger room, appreciated. The breakfast selection felt limited for the price. I recommend this place for a short stay, especially for families looking for convenience near transportation.
